Users may be required to create accounts with third-party providers such as Replicate. Such services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
The software may assist in generating prompts, content, or outputs through AI systems. The provider does not guarantee:
Users are solely responsible for verifying and reviewing any generated content before using it commercially or publicly. The provider shall not be liable for any claims related to AI-generated output.
The provider is not obligated to provide updates, bug fixes, feature improvements, or compatibility updates. Any updates are provided voluntarily and without contractual obligation. The provider may discontinue development of the software at any time.
If a product is marketed as "Lifetime Access" or "Lifetime Deal," this means the user may use the purchased version of the software for the lifetime of the product. "Lifetime" refers to the lifespan of the product, not the lifespan of the buyer.
The provider may at any time discontinue updates, development, or the product entirely. If the product is discontinued, there is no entitlement to continued updates, successor software, replacement products, or refunds.
Technical support is not guaranteed. The provider may offer support at their discretion. There is no guaranteed response time. Support may be discontinued at any time.
Warranty rights apply only to the extent required by mandatory law. Due to the experimental nature of the software, minor defects, limitations, or malfunctions do not constitute a defect unless the essential functionality of the product is completely unusable.
If a defect exists, the provider may choose to remedy it through a bug fix, an update, or a workaround. Only after reasonable attempts to remedy the issue may statutory warranty rights apply.
Warranty claims are excluded in cases involving:
The provider shall be liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, intentional misconduct, and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence involving essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable typical contractual damage. Otherwise, liability is excluded.

Due to the digital nature of the software, purchases are generally non-refundable. Refunds are not granted for software bugs, compatibility issues, misunderstandings about functionality, feature changes, or discontinued updates. Refunds may be granted solely at the provider's discretion.

The provider reserves the right to modify these Terms for future transactions. Existing purchases remain governed by the Terms valid at the time of purchase.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If the user is a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the provider. For consumers, statutory jurisdiction rules apply.

The provider is not obligated or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
